Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee or a replacement. Please contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we will either provide a full refund or send a replacement.

Custom Items
Please note that custom-made items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective. These products are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold. Items that are not custom-made can be returned under our standard return policy.

No Refunds or Returns in the Following Cases:

  • If your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g., providing an incorrect shipping address).
  • For custom-made items that cannot be resold.
  • If you are dissatisfied with the product for personal reasons (e.g., changing your mind).

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if the item does not meet the criteria listed above, or if the product has been used, altered, or damaged in any way.


Order Cancellations

All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the packaging and shipping process begins, the order can no longer be canceled.
